Abstract

The article analyzes the ideas of Sh. Shahamiryan concerning law, common goodness and social justice. The research presentes the laws that define the responsibility of state for ensuring equality and social justice. The provisions concerning tax policy, budget redistribution, the regulation of economic relations and protection of the rights of socially vulnerable groups have been highlighted, hence relating the to the current aspects.
