THE EMERGENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL STATE

Abstract

The article describes the phases of social state formation and its features, as well as the liberal, conservative and socio-democratic types of the welfare state that emerged as a result of its development. The article emphasizes the necessity of creating favorable social conditions in modern states by the formation of a social market economy. The main elements of that market are personal freedom, economic activity and social justice. The constitutional features of the countries of having social market have also been analyzed thereof.
