Abstract

The article analyzes the norms set out in the «Snare Glory», which are aimed at the protection of the soldiers who have been abandoned during hostilities and are called to save those who are not taking part in the hostilities.

Speaking from the conceptual aspects of natural law, Sh. Shahamiryan uses his theory to regulate not only the domestic, but also the external affairs, in particular with regards to military operations with other countries.
