In this era of abundance of information, it is important to give it legal simultaneous regulation and assessment, which is demonstrated by the implementation of relevant scientific research. "Uncontrolled" information can cause many problems both in private relations, as well as in state and international relations. The necessity of the study is emphasized even more, especially when it comes to the control of military information essential for the state's military security and defense, as well as the legal issues of their provision and circulation.
The study carried out here refers to the nature of information of a military nature, and their protection, as well as acting under legal restrictions. The latter is discussed in relation to the freedom of information, particularly the basic right to receive information.
