Abstract

As a result of the study of law enforcement practice, we have identified a number of legal factors that complicate or impede the implementation of administrative coercion for violations of quarantine restrictions due to the coronavirus disease.  This article discusses the characteristics of the above-mentioned factors and their neutralization with available tools. The urgency of the research is conditioned by the existence of legal factors hindering the implementation of COVID-19 with its continuous spread and the need for neutralization. The new of the following research has been raised due to the lack of studies in this field.
