Under the instability and perceptual changes, the development of perception capabilities is not a whim, but a necessity. Problems are also complicated by numerous reorganizations, the complication of family relations, environmental issues, wars, and so on. Based on these facts and arguments, the instability of the modern world will be more lightweight for next generations, and the development of such whims should be touched upon from the study and presentation of change models. It is of utmost importance to realize the changes on the individual and organization level, otherwise the fail is ready.
