The article presents the research results aimed at studying features of conflict management in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia in order to identify issues of conflict resolution and improve the conflict management in the public service system. The objectives of this research were to: analyze the international experience of conflict management in the public service system, study the conflict management process in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, identify existing problems and propose ways to solve them. The research object is public service in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, and the research subject is peculiarities and problems of conflict management, as well as possibilities of introducing best international practices to overcome them in the public service system of the Republic of Armenia. The research results have practical significance and can be used in the public service system of the RA, in particular, in the conflict management process in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RA, contributing to increase the efficiency of the Ministry’s activities.
