Abstract

In this article there has been done a comparative analysis for international experience in higher education management, particularly in the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK) education systems, the issues of the higher education management of RA have been studied. In this aspect there has been observed the role of the state as a player with a great role in higher education management in the competitive conditions.
