Abstract

The given article outlines the main issues of economically utilizing the land resources of the republic mainly positing the structural changes of crops for arable use, the utilizing variants of lands being out of circulation. Also, the issues of intra-zone and inter-zone specialization and co-operation of rural farms as well as lands use out of agricultural circulation, and farm enhancement are being discussed. The article has both theoretical and practical approaches.
