Abstract

The article touches upon some word compounding patterns on time expression in old Armenian (Grabar) those of being formed by particle or without it, along with being sound interchanged or non-interchanged. There are also some words which are expressed by sound-interchanged roots or non-interchanged roots. The analyzing words are both two-stemmed or three-stemmed. All in all the study shows that in Old Armenian there are widely spread the composition of being formed by particle, two-stemmed and non-interchanged sounds.
