This study explores the connection between property rights and corruption, as well as their constitutional implications. In this context, both the constitutional and legal nature of property rights and the existing theoretical approaches to this issue are analyzed. In addition, the nature of corruption as a phenomenon that undermines the foundations of statehood, as well as the constitutional and legal aspects of combating it, are considered.
Emphasizing the for a comprehensive study, this work presents various theoretical approaches to the nature of property rights, not limited to perspectives recognizing only their constitutional nature. Due to the interconnectedness of these two realities, it is necessary to consider both the property rights and their limitations, as well as the fight against corruption, primarily within the constitutional context.
