Abstract

The article deals with the issues covered by the title, particularly with that of the activities carried out by the court, the law enforcement and authorities. To that occasion it the article we compare and discuss three terms used in legal theory and practice.

In the article the authors represent their own standpoint on the issue of overcoming the gaps in legal rights, hence.
