This article is devoted to the study of Turkey's foreign policy. In particular, reference is made to the regional priorities, as well as to the study of the well-known doctrine "Zero problem with neighbors", the adopted doctrine, internal political factors that contributed to the implementation of a more firm and pragmatic foreign policy. The results of the study will help to understand the orientation of Turkey's foreign policy in the South Caucasus, the policy of "soft power", and will also help to understand what steps Turkey is taking in a difficult situation, seeking to protect its interests, while overcoming regional challenges and maintaining stability in neighboring countries.
