Abstract

Long-term and sustainable ensuring of grain production is of high importance especially in the context of the coronavirus epidemic, as well as in emergency situations. The main objective of the article is to reveal the problems of the chain of the production to its final consumption and to propose problem solutions.

Using the methods of economic research, meeting-discussion-inquiries, an analysis of relationships during the whole cycle of grain production to sale, as well as SWOT analysis of wheat value-chain has been implemented. As a result, comprehensive measures have been proposed to regulate grain production and sale problem in the country.
