Abstract

The article analyzes the modern political system. Humanity has gone through several stages of capitalism; we live in the era of capitalistic realism, which is also called late capitalism. The modern all-consuming system penetrates into all spheres of human existence; it forms an omnipresent atmosphere, turning everything and everybody into product of exchange. Culture, human relations,
values obey the logic of capitalism as it is already realistic, adequate to the human essence, and therefore irresistible.
