Abstract

The article is aimed at representing the concept of law subsidiary (supportive) norms, their essence and conditions and preconditions of the their applicability as well as the differences between law subsidiary norms and overcoming legal gaps of analogy to RA courts and other legal bodies. The given notion is still new in RA legal studies and theories and the article can be beneficial for judicial and law enforcement practice.
