Abstract

The work and academic honesty along with creative thoughts can be very efficient. In contrary, plagiarism results in “arid” and “infertile” creative mind.

The article touches upon the concept of plagiarism, its adverse consequences and the measures of its prevention.

The study has been realized within the scope of inter-university research grant of EIU, entitled “General requirements of scientific citations, rules and information management”.
