Abstract

The article thoroughly touches upon those branches of RA law where the legislative body allows putting into practice law and/or right analogy. Based on the comparative analysis of analogy applied practice in several branches of foreign law and RA legislative and judicial application, there have been elaborated some suggestions and specific clauses in RA civil and criminal proceedings, hence positing the need of boosting the system, hereof.
