Abstract

The article touches upon the penalties and peculiarities of the Criminal Code new draft of the Republic of Armenia. The analysis of new types of sanctions is aimed at reflecting the organizational, administrative, political, economic, cultural and other changes carried out by the state in the criminal justice system.
