Abstract

The article presents the main theses related to the main problem of the RA Central Bank. A study has been done related to the influence of the “cheap money” policy implemented by the RA Central Bank in the process of economic development. The article also gives details of the impact of the “cheap money” on the size of credits in RA. The article presents the whole system of the activities with the help of which the Central Bank can effectively reach the functional goals. The article presents the linkage between the price rise and refinancing percentage in the past few years, as well as crediting size.
