Abstract

The article analyses the concepts of author right and some rights related to it from the perspective of protecting domestic state legislation. The article represents comparative analyses of the terms depicting ‘’author rights’’ of mental property of the states belonging to Romano-Germanic legal family. We tried to present a uniform description of author right and rights related to it, in the scope of legislative generalization․
