Abstract

The Mining Industry of the Republic of Armenia is a key area in the country’s development. Nowadays, the governmental strategies are aimed at making the area more transparent and productive. The article is focused on the international experience in the legal regulation in the area of the mining industry and on the legislation effected in the Republic of Armenia, as well as developments in the economic ecology. The article also presents the current situation of the warehouses in the Republic of Armenia, environmental problems and their main solutions.
