Abstract

In this article the author analyses the essence and content of the institute of euthanasia with provision for legal, religious, philosophical and medical aspects. The author examines the legislative approach of various states in this area. And on the basis of comparative legal analysis the study of statistics and jurisprudence offers his own position on the issues concerning the problem of euthanasia.
