Abstract

The paper touches upon the comparative legal analysis of the concept of citizenship and its trends based on the legal system and the law cods of some of foreign countries, comparing it with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The article also discloses the principles of acquiring citizenship and the provision on dual citizenship (multiple citizenship) as well.
