APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN CRIME PREVENTION AND INVESTIGATION PROCESSES

Abstract

The article addresses the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence tools, which are in high public demand at the current stage of humanity's development, for crime prevention and the implementation of criminal proceedings. Their use is primarily considered in three separate processes or stages of criminal proceedings: general preventive work against crime, pre-trial, and trial proceedings. Based on the research and analysis, we conclude that applying the maximum potential of these tools will significantly increase the efficiency of law enforcement agencies.
