Abstract

In the article, we discuss the importance and significance of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, which seamlessly connects the cities of Baku, Tbilisi and Kars. We analyze the geopolitical implications of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, taking into account its role in enhancing the strategic position of participating countries and promoting regional integration. The main purpose of the topic study is to explore and highlight the significance of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway as a transformative infrastructure project, as well as to delve into the railway's historical context, operational complexities and geopolitical implications, showing its role in strengthening regional connectivity, promoting economic development and promoting Azerbaijan, Georgia and in the development of diplomatic cooperation between Turkey.
