FEATURES OF COMBINING THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF HIGHER LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

The most important pedagogical, psychological and logical approaches to learning, in general, have been presented in the article, the realization and harmonious combination of which may allow the achievement of maximum results. Quotations from the thoughts of thinkers of different periods have been made. The role and significance of practical research, which is an integral part of learning, have been emphasized. At the same time, the Anglo-Saxon and the Romance-Germanic systems of legal education, their characteristics, features and differences have been presented making a corresponding analysis and presenting a suggestion.
