ENTREPRENEURSHIP: IMPORTANCE AND TRENDS

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the engine that drives the economy, which plays a vital role in economic development, as well as drives significant changes in market economy. However, a number of issues in the field still need to be identified and resolved.

In the framework of this research, first, the essence of entrepreneurship has been studied and analyzed. As a result of the literature review, a concept of a complete definition of entrepreneurship has been developed, which can serve as a methodology for further scientific research and statistical analysis. In addition, the literature on the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth, as well as business trends in the world has been reviewed. The latter can become a new perspective for further research in the field of entrepreneurship in Armenia.
