Abstract

In this article, the author, taking into account the current trends in the development of science and technology in the era of digital economy development, refers to the legal regulation and protection of intellectual property objects from a constitutional point of view. As a result of the analysis, it was suggested to make the necessary addition to the RA Constitution with the purpose of harmonization of the legislation.
