Abstract

The amended constitution of the Republic of Armenia made us consider the need of addressing the problems of separation of powers and parliamentary, as well as the scientific elaboration of their legal aspects. The article emphasizes the origin and development of historical sources of legislative, executive and judicial authorities, the interconnection of the branches of these authorities, their system of checks and balances.
