Abstract

The article is devoted to the concept of self-plagiarism, which is considered a type of plagiarism in the academic environment, and the legal regulation of behavior as a dishonest phenomenon, leading to the extinction of science and scientific thought. As a result of the analysis, the object of research is viewed
from the point of view of violation of the constitutional rights of a person, and in order to prevent it, it is proposed to develop a general legal approach to combat it.
