Abstract

The article discusses the positive and negative aspects of “checks and balances” principal in the scope of Armenian model hence applying the comparative analyses of power “checks and balances” along with legal methodology of RA constitutional reviews of 1995, 2005 and 2015. The issues concerning the topic have been analyzed using the general dialectical and historical methods. It is worth to mention that the analyses have been conducted starting from the adoption of RA Constitution (in 1995) and ending with the constitution amendments of 2015. The article provides some initial steps for advancing the existing model of constitution, hereof.
