Review

Each article submitted to the publication is subjected to double-blind peer review and approved by the editorial board. It is carried out following the principles of objectivity, justice, based on the rules of academic freedom, the fight against plagiarism, and the code of ethics of the bulletin.

The review is done under the following procedure:

  1. The compliance of technical requirements of the periodical is checked.
  2. If the article does not comply with the technical requirements of the periodical, it is rejected. The author is informed about that.
  3. If the article passes the preliminary review and verification, it is passed to the relevant expert for further professional review.
  4. The review is done anonymously for both reviewer and the author (double-sided blind review) and includes the following points:
  • Defining the purpose of the article
  • Analysis of previous coverage of the research question
  • Identify the research problem
  • Is the research methodology adequate to the relevance of the research?
  • Does the content of the article meet the purpose set out in the introduction?
  • Does the title of the article match the content?
  • Does the author refer to the latest foreign scientific articles?
  • Are the citation rules taken into consideration?
  • Are the summary and keywords informative?
  • Are the conclusions of the article logically derived from the content of the article?
  • Are the conclusions and suggestions sufficiently clear and concise?
  1. As a result of the review, one of the following decisions may be made:
  • Guaranteed publishing without further modifications
  • Guaranteed publishing with minor changes
  • Guaranteed after making significant changes to the publication
  • Publishing is not guaranteed
  1. If as a result of the review the author is suggested to make changes in the article, the latter shall make them within the time frame specified by the editor, if any.
  2. If necessary, the manuscript may be reviewed by another expert by the decision of the editorial board.
  3. Approval of the final content of the article is done by the editorial board.
  4. Articles are reviewed in the order of acceptance, reviewed, and approved within 1 to 2 months.
