Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the social market economy as the economic basis of the social state. Based on comparative legal and logical methods,
the author substantiates the need for a conceptual approach to the regulation of economic relations, which will allow considering these norms in the context and interconnection with all other norms of the Constitution. From this point of view, the article presents recommendations aimed at the active participation of the individual in the socio-political life of the country, as well as protecting the
rights of the latter in the implementation of the social function of property.
